Study on night-sky brightness in Beijing

本文介绍了夜间天空亮度的一种测量方法以及相应的测量仪器，并给出了北京城、郊区不同时间、不同地点的夜天空亮度值，还对测量结果作了一些讨论。

The intention of the paper is to investigate into the obtrusive light in Beijing.A light-electron detective method of measuring night-sky brightness directively, aswell as the correlative in-strument, is introduced in the paper. By measuring the night-sky brightness in Beijing at the different time and the some positions, some results about theobtrusive light in Beijing's obtrusive light is analysed in determining the nature, amd somesuggestions about controlling the obtrusive light are proposed in the paper, too.
