摘要
应用有限元方法对某多缸内燃机机体在活塞推力作用下的结构动力响应进行了分析。此外 ,对于缸套振动对缸套 -活塞组件间的润滑行为的影响以及由于活塞推力引起的噪声辐射也作了讨论。基于这些分析结果 ,可以对内燃机的设计和使用提供必要的指导 ,以达到降低机体振动、抑制噪声。
The structural dynamic response of a certain multi?cylinder internal combustion engine block is analyzed applying finite element method.Besides,the impacts of the liner vibration on the lubricating behavior in cylinder liner?piston assembly pairs as well as the noise radiation caused by the piston thrust forces are also discussed.Based on the results from the analysis, practical guidelines are provided for engine design in order to reduce engine block vibration,suppress noise,improve lubrication condition and efficiency etc.
