摘要
目的为了比较混凝土结构在东部海洋环境与西部盐湖环境中的耐久性,对重大海洋混凝土工程和重点盐湖混凝土工程的服役寿命进行设计.方法采用现场考察和文献分析的方法.结果普通混凝土结构在青海盐湖地区使用2—3a会发生钢筋锈蚀开裂,在东南沿海地区的服役寿命可以达到7—10a.结论重大海洋混凝土工程可以尝试按照100a服役寿命来设计,重点盐湖混凝土工程能够按照50a服役寿命设计.
To compare the durability of concrete structures exposed to sea and salt lakes and design service expectation of key marine concrete projects and concrete projects constructed in salt lakes, based on field investigation and literatures, the research findings dealt with that steel corrosion induced cracks were observed when ordinary Portland concrete (OPC) structure had exposed to salt lakes of Qinghai Province for 2-3 years. A service life of 7-10 years could be obtained for OPC structures with coastal designed service expectation in Southeast China. Therefore the conclusion is that key marine projects are currently attempted to be designed to having a service life of 100 years, while a service life of 50 years can be obtained for concrete projects constructed in salt lakes.
