摘要 目的通过设计前馈2自由度PID控制器,解决目前铝电解定时间歇控制方式的控制精度低、实时性差等问题.方法设计了一种超调小、动态响应快、抗干扰能力强的前馈2自由度自校正PID控制器,该控制器采用前馈控制系统结构,确定干扰抑制性能最佳参数和跟踪特性最佳的前馈参数,并进行了参数优化.结果前馈2自由度PID控制器改善了系统的干扰抑制特性和跟踪特性,使系统的动态响应速度和稳态精度明显提高.结论该控制器在铝厂应用,改善了控制性能,使电解槽达到最佳的工作状态,提高了电流效率和铝的产量及质量,经济效益显著,具有较大的工业推广价值. To solve the problem of low control accuracy and weak real-time performance in regular intermission control mode in aluminum electrolysis, feedforward two-freedom PID controller has been designed. Feedforward two-freedom self-turning PID controller with small excessive adjustment, rapid dynamic response and antijamming capability have been designed. The controller adopts feedforward control system structure, fixes on antijamming optimum parameter and tracking feature optimum feedforward parameter, and optimizes system parameter. It has improved control effect. In conclusion, the controller has been adopted in aluminum plant and has gained prominent control effect. It has improved control performance, made reduction cell working in the optimum states, raised current efficiency, increased the quantity and quality of aluminum and got prominent economical-benefit.
