人体尺度在钢筋调直切断机造型设计中的应用

摘要 目的建立人与机器之间的合理关系,使机器设备的操作效率更高,尽可能地降低工作者的工作疲劳程度.方法利用人体尺寸对钢筋调直切断机中的主要操作手柄、按钮及需要用眼睛观察的部件的尺寸进行设计和讨论.结果得出了钢筋调直切断机不同性质的操作元件应按不同百分位的人体尺度进行设计的数据.结论对不同性质的操作元件尺寸设计应根据具体情况按不同的人体百分位进行设计. This article aims to point out,during the design of Steel-bar Straightening and Cutting Machine,it is a wrong way to use the average dimension of human body.To put the principle forwards,we should take the dimension of human factors engineering;for difference operate elements,we should also take the conform dimension of human body in difference percents so that we can improve the Steel-bar Straightening and Cutting Machine to the suitable states for most users.By using the dimension of human body to discuss and design the main operate handle,button and the elements we need to observe with our eyes,this article shows the result that the design of operate elements for difference characters in Steel-bar Straightening and Cutting Machine should according to difference percents of human-body-dimension,and therefore draws the conclusion that to the satisfaction of most users,we should design the operate elements in difference characters according to the concrete situation and difference percents of human body dimension.
