2004-2005年纺织经济形势回顾与展望

China's Textile Economy: 2004 Review & 2005 Outlook

2004年我国纺织行业经济运行的特征主要表现在4个方面:生产快速增长,加工中心仍在东部;效益水平继续提高,但盈利能力下降;纺织出口增长,但增幅回落;固定资产投资稳步增长,结构调整已见端倪。文章在回顾2004年,展望2005年经济形势的同时指出,无论是从纺织要素供给,还是外部发展环境,中国纺织经济增长受要素供给约束正日益明显,以量取胜的发展模式已难以为继;中国纺织要实现可持续发展,必须改变粗放生产经营发展模式,走资源投入少、污染小、效益水平好、产品附加值高的新型工业化发展道路;规范企业出口行为、加强行业自律、避免企业过度竞争,将成为今后纺织行业面临的现实课题。

The economic operation of the Chinese textile industry in 2004 presents 4 features, i.e. textile production grew rapidly with production capacity concentrating in the eastern part of China; economic efficiency improved but profit margin narrowed; textile exports increased further but with lower growth rate: fixed assets investment grew steadily and restructuring of the industry began to pack back. By looking back the year of 2004 and looking forward to 2005, the article points out that, judged either from the supply of textile production elements or from the external environment, the growth of the Chinese textile economy will be increasingly restrained by the availability of production elements and the 'extensive way' of economic growth is to be abandoned. To realize sustainable development, the textile industry must change the mode of extensive management of production and adhere to the new path of industrialization, which stresses energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, high economic benefit and high value-added. To standardize behavior of textile exporters, strengthen self-discipline of the industry and avoid excessive competition among enterprises will be the practical tasks of the textile industry in the coming years.
