建筑供应链管理模式(CSCM)应用研究 被引量:22

摘要 供应链管理是目前管理界一种先进的系统管理模式,因倡导合作、共赢、集成,全面提高供应链整体竞争力,广受关注,并在制造业取得很大绩效。本文通过对制造业供应链与建筑业供应链的比较,分析了建筑供应链管理模式应用的可行性及实施步骤,并研究了建筑供应链管理模式的两种发展趋势,最后对传统建筑管理模式和建筑供应链管理模式进行了比较分析。
