我院降糖药的药物利用分析

An analysis on utilization of hypoglycemic agents in our hospital

目的分析我院降糖药的药物利用情况,为临床用药提供参考。方法查阅我院2003年5月1日至15日的门诊处方12998张,对有降糖药的处方进行药品用量、联合用药、药物利用等方面的统计。结果有降糖药的处方346张,占所查处方的2.66%;使用频率前3名的为阿卡波糖(拜糖平)、二甲双胍(格华止)、精蛋白生物合成人胰岛素注射液(预混30R);合并用药≥2种的占40.75%;药物利用指数(DUI)>1的有3种,占降糖药的15%,DUI≤1的占降糖药的85%。结论我院降糖药的应用基本合理,无滥用现象,合并用药较为突出。

Objective Making a drug utilization analysis to offer it for reference in clinical medication.Methods A period of May 1～15 of the year 2003 saw 12 998 prescriptions being written out of our out-patient department,of them the hypoglycemic ones were statistically analysed with regard to their dosages,combined uses,and drug utilization indexes (DUI). Results There were 346 hypoglycemic recipes among the total checked recipes,accounting for 2.66%;the most frequently used were the first three drugs:acarbose (glucobay),,metformin (glucophage),and protamine biosynthetic human insulin ingection (premixed 30 R); combined use of two drugs or over accounted for 40.75%;there were three drugs whose DUI was more than one,accounting for 15% of the hypoglycemics in this study;the others whose DUI was equal to or less than one,accounted for 85%. Conclusion A basically rational use of hypoglycemic agents in our hospital has been proved;without abuse of this kind of drugs;besides,combined use is more often.
