主动功能锻炼联合静脉泵治疗踝关节骨折术后肢体肿胀的效果观察 被引量:28

摘要 目的观察功能锻炼前后应用静脉泵治疗踝部骨折术后肢体肿胀的效果.方法2001年10月至2003年12月,将39例切开复位内固定治疗踝关节骨折术后患者随机分为两组,A组20例于功能锻炼前应用静脉泵,B组19例于功能锻炼后应用静脉泵,连续治疗6~8d.治疗前后分别测量踝关节周径,了解肿胀消退情况.结果两组治疗后均较治疗前肿胀有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(t=5.291,t=3.748,P均<0.01);治疗前两组相比F=1.382,P>0.05,治疗后F=4.905,P<0.05,提示两组间差异有统计学意义.结论踝关节主动功能锻炼前应用静脉泵较功能锻炼后应用静脉泵,能更有效地治疗踝关节骨折术后肢体肿胀. Objective To investigate the effect of applying impulse compression treatment before or after functional exercise on swell of postoperative patients with ankle fracture.Methods During October,2001 to December 2003,39 patients with ankle fracture were treated by impulse compression 2 days after operation. Patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.20 patients in group A were treated before exercise and 19 patients in group B after exercise. Ankle circle was measured to indicate the effect of treatment on swell reduction.Results Swell was markedly reduced in two groups after impulse compression and functional exercise.Moreover, the swell reduction in group A is better than in group B.Conclusion Applying impulse compression before functional exercise can reduce swell more effectively in postoperative patients with ankle fracture.
