An Algorithm for Mixing Image Coding Based on Wavelet Multiresolution Analysis

在图像处理过程中,根据图像压缩比大而且图像复原质量好的要求,提出了一种混合图像编码的算法。具体思想是:根据多分辨分析的思想,用小波变换对图像进行多级分解,得到多个子带。根据子带以及人类视觉生理和心理系统的特点,对子带分别作不同策略的量化和编码处理以达到最佳压缩效果。

This paper has put forward an algorithm for mixing image coding. The concrete thought is:according to the thought of multiresolution analysis ,the images are divided into a lot of grades with wavelet transform for acquiring lots of statures. According to statures and the human vision psychology and physiology system characteristicses, it can reach the best result of compressing by doing different quantizations and coding on statures.
