摘要
研究了不同的粒度组成大冶铁精矿对生球质量与成品球团抗压强度的影响.研究表明:随着粒度组成的细粒级部分的增多,生球落下强度呈上升趋势,生球爆裂温度呈下降趋势.从生球的质量来看,适合造球的精矿其-0.045mm(-325目)部分控制在60%~80%,或-0.074mm(-200目)粒级控制在85%~95%为宜.此时,成品球团抗压强度均大于2500N/个.
The influence of green ball quality and palletizing crushing strength are studied by using different size distribution of DAYE concentrate. It has been shown that: as fine particle is increased in the raw material, drop number of green ball is increased and shock temperature is decreased. In connection to green ball quality, the concentrate should contain minus 0.045 mm 60%~80% or minus (0.075 mm) 85%~95%, and pelletizing crushing strength is over 2 500 N.
