目的 实现IC卡的电子身份证和电子货币功能,优化病人就医流程,提供方便、快捷的信息查询。方法 依托医院信息系统;利用IC卡;开发相关管理软件,实现“一卡通”。结果 医院“一卡通”的应用是医院提高服务品质的重要手段。结论 医院“一卡通”的设计与应用是医院加强对病人身份的管理;优化、改善病人就医流程;为病人提供多种信息查询的有效手段。

Objective To apply IC as digital identity and electronic cash card in hospital in order to optimize the medical circuit and to offer more convenient shortcut for patients to require information.Methods Replying on the hospital information system to realize the 'one-card-pass' system by applying IC card and developing managing software correlated.Results The 'one-card-pass' is an effective measure to improve the service standard of the hospital.Conclusion The design and application of 'one-card-pass' in hospital is an effective means to strengthen the management of the patient's identity; to optimize and develop the medical circuit; and to offer various means for the patients to require information.
