论新形势下水土保持工作的主要技术措施

A Discussion of Major Technical Measures of Soil and Water Conservation in Nowadays

水土流失治理途径的研究是水保工作的重要内容,本文在肯定历史水土保持技术措施的基础上,提出了后续技术服务、农户庭园治理、产业开发等措施,把水土整治土地类型划分为"高值土地整治,保护土地整治和后续利用土地整治"三大系统,进一步丰富和完善了水土保持的技术措施。

Studies on the solutions to soil erosion and water loss are the key contents of soil and water conservation. On the basis of traditional soil and water conservation technical measures, this article made new opinions of controlling measures, such as follow-up technical service, farmers garden management and industrial development. It classified the soil controlling into three systems of the high value land controlling, controlling of protected land and controlling of follow-up land utilization,enriching and improving the traditional technical measures of soil and water conservation.
