血液分析仪采用水剂抗凝剂的实验室评价

The Ovaluation on Liquid Anticoagulant with Blood Cell Analyzer

目的:根据3种抗凝方法在静脉全血标本中各项指标的分析,探讨血液分析仪末梢采血中采用水剂抗凝剂的应用价值。方法:抽取门诊病人静脉血4 0份,分别采用水剂抗凝剂、干粉抗凝剂和抗凝瓶3种方法抗凝,在血液分析仪上进行测定,以抗凝瓶结果为参考,对其WBC、RBC、HGB、PL T4项指标进行分析。结果:3种方法各项指标均数的t检验差异无显著性(P>0 .0 5 )。比较水剂、干剂与抗凝瓶检测结果的平均偏差,水剂的偏差明显小于干剂。结论:SYSMEX K- 4 5 0 0血液分析仪静脉采血使用水剂抗凝剂效果优于干粉抗凝剂,尤其适用于毛细血管采血法。

Objective To study the application valu e of liquidanticoagulant with the blood cell analyzer.Methods To dra w blood of 40 out-patients,wecount the WBC?RBC?HGB?PLT with liquid anticoagu lant ,solidanticoagulant and anticoagulant bottle,and analyzed the effect between the two former method and the latter method statistically.Results The meansfrom the three methods indicated no significant difference(P >0.05),but the deviation of liquid is obviously lower than solid.Concl usions The liquid anticoagulant in blood cell assay is more valuable than liquid,themethod is more suitable for blood collection of capillary.
