摘要 Petri网具有图形化的直观性和数学的严谨性,非常适合进行复杂离散系统建摸 电子政务系统往往涉及行政部门多、业务流程复杂,一件业务通常有时限要求且涉及到的相关部门具有动态并发性 一些业务的流向具有并发和动态特征,用传统Petri网及其扩展模型难于描述 提出一种支持动态并发流程生成的动态Petri网模型DOPN,以适应具有动态复杂流程的电子政务系统建摸。 Petri net is fit for modeling complex and discrete system because it has graphics straight and mathematic preciseness. The E-government system sometimes involves many service department and has complex business flow, in which one operation requires time limit and services with dynamic flow of related departments. There are dynamic and parallel characters in some operations, so it is difficult to describe with traditional and extended Petri net. This paper presents a new dynamic Petri net model DOPN supporting dynamic parallel flow, which is used to analyze and model the E-government system with dynamic parallel flow and is proved correctness by modeling and developing the operation flow of the public mayor call system of Guiyang.
