摘要
为建立一种检测大豆提取物中大豆异黄酮含量的快速分析方法,以葛根素为标准品,在其紫外最大吸收峰250nm处测定超声波循环提取液中大豆异黄酮的含量,并对样品溶液的稳定性实验、重复性实验。
In order to develop a method for fast determination of isoflavones in soybean, this paper uses puerarin as reference standard, determines the ultra-sonic cycle at the Absorption peak of 250mm of its ultraviolet spectrophotometry and extracts the content of isoflavones in soybean. Furthermore, this paper introduces the experiment on the stability, repetition, precision, and recycling of sample solutions.
