分泌性中耳炎咽鼓管功能动态观察的临床意义

Dynamic observation on eustachian tube function in secretory otitis media

目的 :探讨分泌性中耳炎的咽鼓管功能状态和原因及对治疗的意义。方法 :动态观察分泌性中耳炎 5 1耳的咽鼓管功能。用鼻内窥镜检查咽鼓管咽口 ,根据咽鼓管功能状态行咽鼓管吹张术或扩张术以及局部用药治疗。结果 :5 1耳中咽鼓管功能异常 36耳 ,正常 15耳。正常组中咽鼓管咽口充血狭窄或肿胀裂缝状8耳 ,异常组咽鼓管咽口充血狭窄或肿胀裂缝状 32耳 ,两者差别有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,咽鼓管功能异常与咽鼓管咽口病变有关 ;咽鼓管吹张术或扩张术和局部用药对分泌性中耳炎有效。结论 :咽鼓管咽口病变影响咽鼓管的功能 ,咽鼓管功能检查对治疗分泌性中耳炎有指导作用。

Objective:To explore the function of eustachian tube,the genesis and significance of treatment for secretory otitis media. Method:Fifty-one patients were performed examination of eustachian tube function and endoscopy of pharyngeal ostium of eustachian tube,then they accepted eustachian tube insufflation or dilatation and local medication.Results: The function of eustachian tube was abnormal in 36 ears,and 32 ears of them had pharyngeal ostium of eustachian tube narrow or fissure; the function of eustachian tube was normal in 15 ears,and 8 ears of them had pharyngeal ostium of eustachian tube narrow or fissure;there was significance between the abnormal and normal ears; there was relationship between the disfunction of eustachian tube and the pathological change of pharyngeal ostium of eustachian tube. Eustachian tube insufflation or dilatation, and local medication were effect. Conclusion:The pathological change of pharyngeal ostium of eustachian tube will make eustachian tube functional change; the examination of eustachian tube function is effect for secretory otitis media.
