摘要
目的 :探讨面中部骨折的修复方法。方法 :采用冠状切口或面部小切口联合口内切口为 4 1例面中部骨折施行复位 ,微型钛板坚固内固定及Medpor植入等。结果 :4 1例均取得满意效果 ,术后无严重并发症。结论 :采用头皮冠状切口或面部小切口联合口内切口可充分暴露手术野 ,完成骨折复位、固定及Medpor植入 ,恢复面部支架及残缺外形 ,使面中部损伤的外形及功能整复良好。
Objective: To explore a method of treating midfacial fracture.Method: Coronal incision or little facial incision combined with intraoral incision was used in reconstruction midfacial fracture by rigid internal fixation(RIF) and Medpor implantation.Result: All cases were cured successfully without any serious complications.Conclusion:Reconstructive operation by coronal incision or little facial incision combined with intraoral incision can expose fragment clearly and get perfect midfacial surface and function.
