超声乳化人工晶体植入术治疗高度近视

Treating high myopia with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation

目的 :观察高度近视眼晶状体超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术后的临床疗效及预后视力。方法 :为30例、5 0眼高度近视透明晶体行巩膜隧道切口超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术 ,患者 2 4～ 70岁 ,平均 5 8岁。平均眼轴长度 31.7mm ,植入人工晶体屈光度平均值为 1.5D ,随访 6～ 12个月 ,平均 8个月。结果 :术后最佳矫正视力 5 0眼均达到或超过术前最佳矫正视力 ,33眼 (6 6 % )术后视力达到 0 .5以上 ,随访 6～ 12个月中 ,未见视网膜脱离、黄斑囊样水肿等并发症。结论 :高度近视晶体超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术 ,与目前的角膜屈光手术相比 ,可能更适于 4 5岁以上不愿戴镜或戴镜不能矫正的高度近视患者 ,其远期疗效尚需长期观察随访。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect and vision prognosis through lens extraction with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation into posterior chamber for high myopia.Methods:Phacoemulsification by sclera tunnel incision and implantation were performed on 50 eyes(30 cases). Average length of ocular axis was 31.7mm,average diopter was 1.5 D. Results The best corrected vision of 50 eyes after surgery was equal to or more than that before surgery.The vision of 33 eyes(66%) was over 0.5. Complications such as retinal detachment and cystoid macular edema didn′t occur in the follow-up of 6～12 months.Conclusion:Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation,compared with current corneal refractive surgery ,is even better to the sufferers aged more than 45 years and unwilling wearing glasses or the ones with high myopia whose visions can′t be corrected by glasses,but its long-term curative effect needs following observation.
