摘要
本文利用红外CO2 分析器测定果实呼吸强度 ,探讨呼吸室剩余空间、气体流速和温度对所测果实呼吸强度的影响。结果表明 ,CO2 分析器适合于不同温度下果实呼吸的测定 ,当呼吸室剩余空间和被测果实体积之比为 2~ 4∶1,气体流速为 4 0 0mL/min时 ,测定时所需的时间较短 ,数值较为稳定。
The respiratory intensity of fruits was tested with infraed CO 2 analyzer,and the effects of leaving space of respiration room,velocity of gas flow temperature on testing respiratory intensity were investigated in this paper.The results showed,infrared CO 2 analyzer was fit for testing respiration of fruits in different temperature,the test time was short and numerical value was steady when the ratio of leaving space of respiration room to volume is 2~4∶1,velocity of gas flow was 400mL/min.
