RP-HPLC法测定罗汉果叶中总黄酮含量

The Determination of Total Flavonoids in Momordica grosvenori Leaf by RP-HPLC

用反相高效液相色谱法 (HPL C)测定罗汉果 (Momordica grosvenori)叶中总黄酮的含量 ,用保留时间定性 ,用外标法定量。结果表明 ,罗汉果叶含有黄酮甙元槲皮素和山奈酚 ,槲皮素线性回归方程为 y =1790 33.73x+6 95 8.30 ,r=0 .995 1;山奈酚线性回归方程为 y =176 4 4 4 .32 x +10 82 7.99,r=0 .994 4。罗汉果叶中总黄酮含量为 1.6 18%。

Quercetin and kaempferol are found from Momordica grosvenori leaves by their Retain-time in RP-HPLC.The contents of total flavonoids is measured by external standard method,and the result is 1.618%.
