To strengthen an actual effect is the starting point and goal of political and ideological education for young teachers of instiutions of higher education. To strengthen the actual effect, we should attach importance to the ideological and political education, regarding it as a key aspect of college ideological and political education. We should clarify the aim of political and ideological education for college young teachers, highlighting the aspects of political orientation, career objective, spirit of devotion and arduous struggle, and should give scope to our initiative, perfect management system, improve ways and manners and expand promotion system.
