摘要
爬波是一种在材料的表面下传播的压缩波,对表面和近表面缺陷非常敏感。近年来,随着爬波理论研究的深入,爬波在无损检测领域应用也越来越广泛。阐述了爬波产生的机理和爬波探头的设计参数,重点介绍了爬波检测在焊接接头、粗晶材料和陶瓷材料上的应用。所有检测案例均表明爬波无损检测具有广泛的应用前景。
Creeping wave is a type of compressional wave, which propagates below the surface and is sensitive to surface and near-surface defects. Recently, with the further research and experiment for the creeping wave theory, creeping wave testing is applied more and more popularly in nondestructive testing. The producing mechanism of creeping wave, the parameters of creeping wave probe were discussed, and the application of creeping wave testing to welded joint, coarse grained material, ceramic material was introduced emphatically. All testing cases showed that creeping wave testing had a bright application future in nondestructive testing field.
