摘要
本文建立了高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定千金止带丸中芍药苷含量的方法.采用Reliasil-C18柱(150×4.6 mm I.d.,5 μm),以乙腈-水(12:88,V/V)为流动相,在流速0.8 mL/min,检测波长230 nm,柱温40℃条件下,芍药苷在0.139 8~0.699 0 μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.09%,RSD=0.91%(n=5).本法简便,准确,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于该药品成分的含量测定.
A method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Qianjinzhidai pills by HPLC has been established. The determination was performed on Reliasil-C_(18) column (150×4.6 mn i.d., 5 μm) using HCN-H_(2)O(12∶88,V/V) mixture as a mobile phase with the detection at 230 nm at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min and 40℃. The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.139 8~0.699 0 μg with r=(0.999 9.) The recovery was 99.09%, and RSD(n=5) was 0.91%. The method was simple,accurate, sensitive and reproducible.
