摘要
组织要适应新世纪经济全球化、知识经济化、信息网络化的冲击和挑战,必须对按传统组织设计原理设计的层级式组织结构进行调整和变革,弱化其刚性,增强其弹性,以应对日益复杂多变的环境。组织结构的扁平化及其“无为而治”的管理是组织的最佳选择之一。
In the new century, for the organization to adapt to the shock and challenge of the economic globalization, knowledge economy and information explosion on the Internet, we must adjust and reform the traditional hierarchical structure of organization, reduce its rigidity and increase its elasticity. In so doing, we might cope with the increasingly complicated and changeable environment. To flatten the organizational structure and adopt the policy of 'inactive supervision' is the optimum choice for the organization.
