高校通过资源的优化配置成立的重点实验室,具有较强的师资队伍、较好的实验条件、较完备的测试手段,还有一批优势科研项目作支撑,因此,重点实验室应该也能够在培养创新人才方面发挥重要作用。

The important function of a key laboratory in higher education is discussed in this paper. The construction experience and achievement of the Key Laboratory of Fine Petrochemical Technology in JPU are reported. Based on their experience, the authors propose that a key laboratory is an advanced base for practice or a cradle of innovative talents.
