新的历史条件下要有效地达到保持共产党员先进性的目的,除运用历史上被证明行之有效的教育手段外,关键是要建立保持共产党员先进性的长效机制。要从党内监督的角度构建保持党员先进性的制度体系,特别是建立保持共产党员先进性的党内监督体系。

The key to maintain the advanced quality of the Party member lies in building a long-term effective system in addition to other educational means which have been practiced historically. The author argues that the system is to be built especially the inner Party supervision system to guarantee the advanced quality of the Party member.
