摘要
进入21世纪,新贸易保护主义重新抬头,并呈现出不同于以往的鲜明特征,主要表现在使用技术壁垒、反倾销措施、保障措施和利用区域经济一体化滥用WTO相关规则等。对此,应加强相关研究,采取建立反倾销预防机制,建立更加符合国际惯例的进口贸易管理体制,加快国际环境管理体系认证等措施,以维护我国出口商品的正当利益。
In 21st century,new trade protectionism appears again and presents different features.The main characters lie in TBT,antidum ping measures,safeguard measures,and the abuse of regulations related to WTO.So we should reinforce research and take effective measures to protect the intersts of our export commodities.
