Condition-based maintenance technology of equipment in thermal power plants

摘要 结合国内电厂实际需求,介绍具有中国特色的火电厂设备实施状态检修的总体策略和关键技术问题的解决方法。通过研究提出RBM分析、RCMⅡ等多种维修方式的分析方法,运用自主开发的RCM软件对电厂主要系统和设备进行了故障分类和维修方式的逻辑分析;对国产300MW机组合理检修周期分析模型和安全保障技术进行了深入研究,为实现主机优化检修及状态检修奠定了基础;开发的主机、辅机状态分析与监测系统已在太仓、嵩屿、淮阴电厂投入运行,并初显效果。 Combined with the actual requirement of domestic power plants, the authors summed up the main achievements of research in condition-based maintenance technology for former State Power Corporation, introduced the general strategy and the resolvent of key technical problems about the condition-based maintenance of equipment in thermal power plants which are of Chinese characteristics, brought forward analytical methods of several maintenance modes including risk-based maintenance (RBM) and reliability-centered maintenance (RCMⅡ), etc., carried out the logical analysis about malfunction classification and maintenance mode of central system and equipment in power plants by using the RCM exploited by themselves. According to deep study on the analytical model of appropriate maintenance cycle and safety insurance technology of the domestic 300 MW units, they established the foundation for turbine majorization and condition-based maintenance. The condition-based analyzing and monitoring system developed by themselves was put into use in several power plants and presented initial effects.
