摘要 针对火电机组容量、参数不断提高,就如何做好设备的监造工作,消除设备缺陷,保证新建机组的顺利投产和运行安全可靠性,概述了大型火电设备监造工作的组织、管理形式及各自职责;介绍现场监造时应进行的技术准备、工作程序及要求;对监造中的原材料、焊接、热处理等关键过程的监督内容进行分析和叙述。并结合当前电力制造单位的具体情况,对监造中应重视的问题进行论述。通过在监造工作中具体实施该文所述的方法,验证了它对保证设备制造质量的有效性。 Since the capacities and parameters of thermal power units increase constantly, equipment manufacturing supervision is vital for eliminating equipment defaults and ensuring smooth commission and safe and reliable operation of newly-built units. The organization, management and obligations in manufacturing supervision of large thermal power equipment are described. The necessary technical preparations, working procedures and requirements for supervision in manufacturing fields are introduced. The supervision contents of key processes such as raw material control, welding and thermal treatment are analyzed and elaborated. Based on the current status of power equipment manufactures, several issues that attention should be paid to during supervision are also discussed. Through a practice, the supervision method introduced in this paper is proved to be effective in guaranteeing quality of equipment manufacturing.
