Review on the Seminar of Guangxi Procedural Law Association 2004

在广西诉讼法学研究会2004 年学术研讨会上,代表们主要讨论了刑事诉讼法的修改与司法改革,刑事诉讼当法学会人的权利保障措施,以及刑事证据制度和刑事程序的完善问题,同时也探讨了民事诉讼法与行政诉讼法的有关问题。

At the Seminar of Guangxi Procedural Law Association 2004, the participants mainly discussed the following issues: revisions of criminal procedural law and the reforms of judicature, the guaranteeing measures for the rights of criminal litigants, the criminal evidence system and the improvement of criminal procedure. At the same time, they also discussed about the relevant issues of civil procedural law and the administrative procedural law.
