摘要
教育实习指导教师传统的角色期待有管理者、协调者、指导者和评价者等,但是在实践中实习指导教师往往达不到预期的角色期待,从而影响了教育实习工作质量。本文认为有必要从行动研究的角度重塑实习指导教师的角色,实习指导教师首先是一个行动研究者,其次是民主的管理者,积极主动的协调者和开放的评价者。
Supervisors were traditionally expected to be administrators, mediators, instructors and evaluators in students’ teaching practice. However, they more often than not fail to play all these expected roles, thereby affecting the outcome of teaching practice. This paper argues that it is necessary to redefine the roles of supervisors from the perspective of action research. Supervisors should first be action-researchers, and secondly be democratic administrators, active mediators and open evaluators.
