浅论高校科研创新团队核心能力的培养

On the Cultivation of Core Competence of Scientific Research Innovation Team in University

科研创新团队要保持长期的竞争优势,就要培养并完善核心能力。文章通过对高校科研创新团队核心能力的研究,阐述其内涵和确立依据,从建立自学习机制,开发人才资源,加强创新,形成良好的沟通等方面,提出培养高校科研团队核心能力的建议。

To keep the long-term competitive superiority, the research innovation team has to cultivate and perfect the core competence. By the studying on the core competence of the research innovation team in university, the connotation and the founding bases were expounded in this paper. From establishing the learn mechanism, developing the talent resources, enhancing the innovation, making better communication etc,suggestions on the cultivation of the core competence for the scientific research in university were presented.
