摘要
分析了传统的海带育苗和育种技术的特点和存在的问题,讨论了海带配子体克隆育苗和育种技术的特点和应用前景,提出了目前制约海带配子体克隆技术进一步发展和应用的关键问题以及此领域今后工作的重点和方向。
Characters and problems of traditional breeding and seed-rearing technology in kelp are analyzed, and the characters and application prospect of breeding and seed-rearing technology by clone game-tophytes were discussed. At the same time, the key problems to restrict further development and application of breeding and seed-rearing technology by clone gametophytes are put forward.
