摘要
介绍了光机扫描的热波图像的应用,详细描述了这类热波图像的拟合方法。采用对连续多帧同一坐标像点的温度数据进行多项式拟合计算,利用拟合函数对特定的时间点进行温度取值,进而得到类似于焦平面阵列形式的图像。另外为了加快拟合速度、增强拟合效果,在数据中设定了一个虚拟起始点,并且只提取有效的数据来拟合。
Applications of thermal-wave images by optical mechanical scanning are introduced, and the fitting method about such thermal-wave images is explained in detail. Polynomial fit is engaged to fit the temperature data of the same point of several continuous frames, and then temperatures at given time from the fitted functions are obtained, and at last the temperature images are displayed. On the other hand, in order to improve fitting speed and fitting effect, a virtual beginning point is given and only some useful temperature data are used.
