摘要
通过试验研究，论述了冷轧扭钢筋的塑性、与混凝土的粘结性能及其所形成的混凝土结构（构件）的延性和耐久性等内容，为其推广应用提供综合性的参考依据。
This paper discusses plastic property, based on the experimental research,concrete adhesive property of cold-rolled-twisted bar and durability of concrete structure formed with it, and so on, and the study result presents synthetic reference bases for the wide application of cold-rolled-twisted seel bars.
