摘要
本文以乙醇-水为试验体系,研究了复合塔板在精馏操作时,影响泡沫层高度的诸因素,如孔动能因子、开孔率、孔径和表面张力等,提出了保证塔板上鼓泡的最小孔动能因子。同时还测定了泡沫层高度对板效率的影响,从而为复合塔板设计参数的选择提供依据。
Ethanol-water was used as a testing system for studying the factors that influence the froth height on compound tray in distillation operation, such as hole F-faetor, free area, hole diameter, surface tension and so on. The minimum F-factor was proposed for keeping foam regime on the tray. It was also measured the effect of froth height on tray efficiency. Thus, we can offer the basis for determining the design parameters of compound tray.
