摘要 本文介绍组合式电脑茶叶拣梗机专用电脑的设计思想及硬件实现问题。提出了一若干加快MCS-51单片微机系统工作速度、改善整机自动化程度的新方法。设计的专用电脑可以在5ms时间内完成对240路分拣单元的巡回采样及控制,其所具备的学习功能可自动完成对240路前置放大器零点和增益的适应性匹配,通过人机交互可在线将工作参数调节于最佳值。本专用电脑已应用于国家八·五科技攻关产品中。 The design idea and hardware realizing problems of special-purpose computer for compacter control combined tea-stalk reject system are described. Some new methods are advanced to quicken working speed of MCS-51 single-chip microcompttter system and to improve the automaticity of the reject system.The special-purpose compttter designed can finish the touring sample and control of 240 reject ttnits within 5 milliseconds. It is provided with learning functions for automatically adaptive matching the zero points and gains of 240preamplifiers. It can optimize the system work parameters by means of on-line man-machine interaction. The computer has been used for the national technology key item of the Eighth Fiye-year Plan.
