摘要
采用二方程k-ε湍流模型,以实验数据确定入口条件,用SIMPLE算法对旋流塔板上气体的速度场及静压场进行了数值计算。其结果与实验值吻合良好,表明数值模拟可用来预测较实验更为详细的气流运动特点。
On the bases of the two-equation k-ε gas turbulence model and the finitedifference procedure, a numerical model for simulating the gas flow on rotating stream tray is provided. The initial velocity distributions of the model are determined with experimental investigations. The numerical results of velocities and pressure are found to be in qualitatiye agreement with experimental data,and the model is shown to be reasonable and the numerical calculation to be s uccessful.
