摘要
利用1,10-邻菲啉为活化剂,锰(Ⅱ)催化高碘酸钾氧化溴甲酚绿(B.G)褪色的指示反应,研究并建立了新的痕量锰的催化动力学光度分析法测定,方法具有一定的选择性,表观摩尔吸光系数可达6.4×106L·mol-1·cm-1,催化体系较非催化体系的总包反应表观活化能下降了101.5kJ/mol,测量的线性范围在0~200ngMn/25ml。本法可直接用于茶叶、菠萝、桃叶等样品中痕量锰的测定,结果令人满意。
A new indication reaction based on oxidation of bromocresol green withpotassium periodate catalyzed by Manganese(Ⅱ)is developed.The sensitivityof the new method presented as apparent molor absorptivity equals 6.4 ×106L·mol-1·cm-1 and the linear range is from O to 200 ng Mn/25 ml.The methodhas been applied for determination of Manganese in tea, pineapple and peachleaves etc.The results are satisfactory.
