摘要
本文提出了有内构件的颗粒重力式掺混料仓在物料流动时,正侧压计算的数学模型和计算方法,并用颗粒压力传感器测定了料仓内正侧压的轴径向分布和超侧压现象,所得的结果与模型计算值基本一致。
This paper establishes the mathematical model and method of calculating vertical and horizontal pressure in granular material blender with internal components under flow condition. Axial and radical pressure distributions and superpressure phenomenon are measured by means of granular material pressure gauges. The results obtained from the experiments are identical with those from theoretical calculations.
