摘要
目的:研究N Ras,pERK1 /2在急性髓系白血病(AML)中的表达,探讨Ras/MAPK信号通路在AML中的临床意义。方法:选择AML46例,应用免疫组织化学染色法检测骨髓单个核细胞N Ras,pERK1 /2蛋白表达水平。结果:初诊组N Ras和pERK1 /2的表达水平(59. 8%, 41. 9% )显著高于对照组(P<0. 05),完全缓解组N Ras和pERK1 /2的表达(28. 2%, 15. 1% )与对照组比较差异不显著(P>0. 05),初诊组N Ras和pERK1 /2的表达较完全缓解组明显增高(P<0. 05)。相关性分析结果表明N Ras与pERK1 /2的表达具有密切相关性(P<0. 01)。结论:N Ras,pERK1 /2的表达密切相关,N Ras/ERK信号传导通路参与了AML的发展过程。
Objective: To investigate the expression of N-Ras and pERK1/2, in order to clarify the clinical significance of Ras/ERK signaling pathway in acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Methods: Immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the expression levels of N-Ras and pERK1/2 in the mononuclear cells of bone marrow from 46 diagnosed patients with AML. Results: The expression levels of N-Ras and pERK1/2 were significantly higher in primary patients with AML than that in the controls (P<0.05). The expression levels of N-Ras and pERK1/2(28.2%,15.1%)in primary patients were significantly higher than that in the patients with complete response AML (P<0.05). Close relationship was found between the expression level of N-Ras and pERK1/2 in AML (P<0.01). Conclusion: There is a close relationship between the expression of N-Ras and pERK1/2 in acute myeloid leukemia. Ras/ERK signaling pathway may play some roles in the development of human acute myeloid leukemia.
