摘要 目的:探讨99Tcm-TRODAT-1多巴胺转运蛋白SPECT/CT同机融合脑显像在早期诊断帕金森病(PD)的临床应用价值。方法:分别对早期PD患者24例〔Hoehn&Yahr(H-Y)I级16例、II级8例〕、中晚期PD患者6例(III~IV级)和正常对照者9例进行99Tcm-TRODAT-1SPECT/CT脑断层融合显像。结果:对照组SPECT显像显示双侧纹状体多巴胺转运蛋白(DAT)结果正常,即双侧纹状体显像左右基本对称,形如八字。H-YI级的PD患者SPECT显像显示纹状体形态基本完整,示踪剂分布稀疏。H-YII级的PD患者SPECT显像显示纹状体形态不完整,示踪剂分布明显稀疏甚至缺损。结论:99Tcm-TRODAT-1SPECT脑显像有助于PD的早期诊断。 Objective: To evaluate the 99Tcm-TRODAT-1 SPECT/CT imaging in the early diagnosis of Parkinson's disease (PD). Methods: Twenty-four early stage PD patients (16 Hoehn Yahr stage I and 8 Hoehn Yahr stage II), 6 advanced PD patients and 9 healthy controls were studied by 99Tcm-TRODAT-1 SPECT/CT imaging. Results: Dopamine transporter (DAT) imaging of the 9 healthy controls showed normal distribution. The radio-activity concentrated mainly on the two striata and distributed symmetrically. The imaging configurations in PD patients with stage I were almost integrated and the radio-activity distributed sparsely in striata. The radio-activity distributed more sparsely or showed defects in striata in PD patients with stage II and without integrity. Conclusion: 99Tcm-TRODAT-1 SPECT imaging is a potential tool for the early diagnosis of PD.
