摘要 介绍了各种蛋壳结构的各项研究进展,总结了多孔质蛋壳的结构特点。讨论了蛋壳的呼吸机理,论证了氧气等气体在蛋壳内外的浓度差是此种呼吸系统的动力来源,扩散作用是其主要因素。 Study on eggshells and its developments were reviewed in this study, and the characteristics of eggshell structures were summarized and discussed. The respiratory mechanism of eggshells was that the concentration difference between outside and inside of the eggshells was the driving source of respiration process, and the hydro-diffusion effect in the porous eggshell was the key factor that determines the performance of respiratory system of eggshells.
