摘要
根据气化炉用热电偶保护管的特性,选择MoSi2复合管作为热电偶的保护管,并通过特殊结构设计,采用PtRh30/6热电偶丝装配成一种高抗氧化耐冲刷的新型热电偶,在气化炉条件下,其工作温度为室温~1600℃,承受压力6.5~8.5MPa,测温误差≤0.5%t.经现场使用,其使用寿命>3个月.
The characteristics of thermocouple protection tube of gasification furnace were analyzed. We selected MoSi2 composite tube as protection tube of thermocouple which have a special structure and PtRh30/6 thermoelement. Its working temperature was room temperature to 1600°C, stress 6.5-8.5 MPa, thermometric precision error &le0.5%t, and working life greater than three month.
