针对kδ-262型160吨压力机在大修过程中轴瓦磨损严重的情况,对连杆加工之后,重新镗圆轴瓦,达到二次利用,修复后的连杆轴瓦在使用中间隙控制得很好。如此修复,可进行多次。节约了资金,提高了劳动生产率。

In view of the serious wear of spindle bush when overhauling type Kδ-262 160 ton press machine, the connecting rod was machined and necessary boring was made on bearing shell, so that the reuse of it had come true. After repair, connecting rod spindle bush had good use clearance. Such repair could be done repeatedly, so expenses were cut down, and productivity was improved.
