摘要
叙述了传统数控编程系统(NCP)的结构及存在的问题,探讨了面向集成的数控编程系统的功能信息需求,简述了NC特征单元的概念,研究提出了建立面向集成的数控编程系统结构的新设想。以此支持NCP与CAD/CAPP及CNC的系统集成,从而支持零部件制造一体化工程的实现。
The structure and problems of traditional NC programming (NCP) system were present. The requirement for function of NC programming system oriented integration was discussed, concept of NC feature unit was given, meanwhile,a new method on this system was put forward, so as to support integration with NCP/CAD/CAPP and CNC, and to support and realize the unification engineering of design and manufacturing of parts and components.
