摘要
在生根培养基中加入不同类型的抗菌药物对污染进行控制试验,结果表明:不同类型的抗菌药物都能有效地控制污染,但不同的抗菌药、不同梯度的浓度控制效果不一样。浓度为5 0~2 0 0 m g/ L的头孢氨苄胶囊能有效控制污染,且对石斛兰苗生根壮苗无影响。百炎净虽能将平均污染率控制在1.2 5 %以内,但对石斛兰生长及存活率影响很大,不宜采用。
The experiment linked with the effects of different antibiotics on controlling contamination in rooting culture of Dendrobium nobile Lindl in vitro.The results showed that with various effects to different antibiotics and the concentrations, all the antibiotics could control the contamination effectively. The 50~200 mg/L Cefalexin capsules could effectively control the pollution without harmful effect on the rooting and growth of the plants. SMECO is not an available antibiotic substance for the culture because of its harmful effect on the plants' survival rate even though its 98.75% of controlling contamination rate.
