摘要
根据吲哚衍生物与对二甲氨基苯甲醛溶液反应生成有色物质原理,采用紫外分光光度法,通过测定该有色物质的吸收度来控制蟾酥的质量。方法简便快速,效果较好。
Based on the principle that a colored substance resulted by reaction of indole ramification with Paminobonzaldehyde, a rapid, easy and highly effective method for controlling toad-cake quality in Suhuang injection was developed by measuring the absorb degree of the colored substance with UV spectrophotometry.
