摘要
提出了用全反浮流程选别海南铁矿粉矿的技术方案,采用SB-8阴离子捕收剂,在98%-0.076mm细磨粒度下,全反浮小型试验获得了精矿产率68.52%、铁品位67.03%、铁回收率86.29%的优异指标。分析了全反浮选流程与连磨、弱磁—强磁—细筛—反浮选—筛上再磨再选工艺流程的差异,认为全反浮流程处理海南铁矿粉矿,精、尾矿产品构成单一,流程结构简单,可以获得更好的技术指标。
It is proposed to use whole-reverse flotation flowsheet to separate Hainan iron powder ore. Using SB-8 anionic collector and at a 98%-0.076 mm fine grinding size, excellent metallurgical performances were achieved in the laboratory experiment, with a concentrate yield being 68.52%; iron grade, 67.03%; and iron recovery, 86.29%. The diffrence between the whole-reverse flotation flowsheet and that consisting of low intensity and high intensity magnetic separation, fine screening, reverse flotation and regrinding and reconcentration of screen oversize product is analysed. It is considered that the application of whole-reverse flotation flowsheet in treating Hainan iron powder ore has the advantages of simple concentrate, tailings and flowsheet structure and can achieve better technical performances.
